Setting up POSH infrastructure

This module includes

  1. Drafting a Policy/ Review of existing POSH related policy to ensure that the Policies are in line with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of women at the workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013.
  2. Providing posters to be fixed on the company premises.
  3. Formation of Internal Committee- Guidance provided on right selection of Internal Committee members, documentation to be followed and completed.
