MR. S. Shankarnarayan is an ex–Indian Air Force person who worked in the sensitive department of Radar, and trained in Nuclear, Biological and Chemical warfare for 20 years. He did his graduation in science, and is a postgraduate in Management Studies. He has been trained by Mr. Jagdish Adappa, a well known trainer in firefighting for the past two decades.
He also underwent extensive training from Mr.Moeiz Ahmed who is ex – faculty member of the College of Fire Engineering in Nagpur. To add to his many achievements, he has also been trained in medical emergencies by Dr. Dinakar Damodaran who himself is a trainer and an MBBS doctor.

Commander (Retd) Milindkumar Manohar Badge is an engineering graduate from The Govt College of Engineering, Amravati. He joined Indian Navy as a Commissioned Officer in Aug 1980 and served there for 24 years before retiring in April 2004. During his naval career, he has served on-board Indian Naval Ships Mysore (old), Nilgiri, Dunagiri and Ganga. He has also served in the Premier Naval Training Establishments INS Valsura, Jamnagar, from 1984 to 1987 and INS Shivaji, Lonavala, from 1990 to 1993 as an instructor and project officer. His other appointments were Electrical Officer of the Navy's unique submarine communication VLF (very low frequency) centre at INS Kattabomman, Tirunnelveli, from 1993 to 1996, Manager, Yard Services at Naval Dockyard, Mumbai, from 1996 to 2000 and Deputy Director Quality Assurance in the Directorate of Quality Assurance, New Delhi, from 2002 to 2004.

During his Naval career, he underwent many professional and management courses as well as other short courses in Quality Management, Human Resource Development, Human and Industrial Relations and Productivity improvement. He was commended twice by the the Flag officer Commanding – in – chiefs for his excellent work during his career. After his retirement from the Navy, he was selected as the District Sainik Welfare Officer for Maharashtra State in July 2004. As Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer, he worked in Buldana from 2004 to 2006, in Amravati from 2006 to 2012, and from June 2012 till his retirement on 31 st Jul 2016 in the Buldana, Jalgaon, Jalna districts, to look after the welfare of retired defence personnel and their families.

In 2017, A security guard lost his job for an act committed out of ignorance of the laws relating to sexual harassment. At that time, all POSH trainings were conducted in English. Dr Sandya realised that all support staff needed to be trained on POSH in simple Hindi, a language they all understood. She volunteered to conduct trainings for all support staff like Security guards, Housekeeping staff, Pantry boys, electricians etc in Hindi. The response was overwhelming. What started in 2017, as a voluntary experiment, became a passion and the path towards the future. She conducted trainings for various offices across India. Capt. Sanjeev started his career as a Short Service Officer with ‘Indian Army’ in Aug’89, where he led & managed a team of 100+ experienced personnel. He moved over to the corporate world in Dec’94. Having armed himself with a Masters in Environmental Studies from TERI University, New Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in 'Urban Environment Management and Law' from WWF & NLU, New Delhi, Sushant returned to Goa to practice, after a 2 year spell in Mumbai.
With a work experience of close to 10 years he is currently working as Lead Consultant with PRO Karo Sambhav for awareness creation and operating take back systems for E-waste and Plastic Waste. He is also Project Manager for reputed Environmental NGO Toxics Link, appointed by the Goa Waste Management Corporation (GWMC), for setting up of a Sustainable Biomedical Waste Treatment System for the State of Goa.
