The training workshop commenced with the NCC Cadets welcoming Mr. Shankar Narayan with an introductory welcome note and a bouquet. Mr. Shankar Narayan delivered thae sessions on “Basic First Aid” and “Fire Safety Preparedness” with passion and finesse; not to forget the humor which went a long way in not only keeping all the participants interested and attentive but the energy and participation increased as the hours went by. The participants kept on insisting for more and more learnings and knowledge and Mr. Shankar Narayan did not disappoint; he rather complimented with so many practical examples and insights.

Mr. Shankar Narayan also motivated the NCC cadets and provided the much-needed impetus and inputs on the schemes through which the NCC Cadets could qualify for the Army, Navy and Air Force streams. The training workshop was a mix of both classroom and practical ensuring that the participants could practice what they had learnt during the workshop. We received excellent feedback from majority of the participants.

I take the opportunity of extending my sincere gratitude and thanks to Mr. Shankar Narayan once again for imparting words of wisdom and infusing new zeal, motivation and energy in the NCC cadets through his unique presenting and training skills. All the participants join me in committing ourselves and working towards the noble cause of becoming “Life Savers”.

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Shankar Narayan and his team for the enriching First Aid Training session. The session was not only comprehensive and interactive but also highly engaging from start to finish. Mr. Shankar Narayan ensured that the training covered a wide range of essential topics, making it a holistic learning experience. They encouraged active participation and provided valuable insights into various first aid techniques. Furthermore, the session was conducted in a manner that made it easy for participants to grasp and retain the information. Sir's dedication to ensuring that everyone had a clear understanding of the material was truly commendable. It was not only informative but also enjoyable, and I feel much more confident in my ability to respond effectively in emergency situations as a result of this training.

We really appreciate the training session. As all the participants provided positive feedback. We would specially want to thank Mr. Shankar Narayan Sir for his time and effort; the presentation was well-done and it helped us comprehend how to save someone's life.

What a wonderful session it was. It was just amazing to know that just a little bit of knowledge of simple things can save a person’s life in case of emergency. All of the people present there really enjoyed the session. The trainer, Mr. Shankar Narayan, conducted the session in such a humorous way, People were laughing like anything and learning those little important things at the same time. Not for a single second people were get bored or distracted, which I never experienced in any kind of sessions attended before.

I would like to say thank you for a fun, exciting, meaningful and most importantly, enriching learning experience that Mr. Shankar Narayan and your facilitators had prepared for us in Basic Fire Safety, Emergency Preparedness, Basic Life Support, First Aid & in Advance Fire Fighting training. Mr. Narayan is so very skilled in imparting training that even a layman can understand him extremely well. Some of us also had learning through Mr. Shankar Narayan’s way of imparting training, giving us great insights as to how one needs to conduct their trainings. You guys are great! Thank you. we wish to thank our “Safety Guru” Mr Narayan Shanker, for the “Wonderful”, “Enriching”, “Mind boggling” and “Engaging hours”, which has inculcated the importance and awareness of “Safety”. Moreover, his Safety Code “CS + PM + A = LS”( CS – Common Sense, PM – Presence of Mind, A – Attitude, LS – Life Saver) has been ingrained in each one of us in Mumbai Office, to make the office, society and the country safe.
We believe, such a profound trainer, needs to be recognised for the knowledge, ability to impart their knowledge, created awareness and inculcate “values” in another individual and rest assured, we were the beneficiaries of his knowledge.
