1. What is this HSE India Club?

The HSE India Club has been started with the social intention of spreading awareness about Safety and using the safety products effectively and efficiently. This is a unique and only platform where all your safety requirements are fulfilled at one place. Just like Charity, Safety also begins at Home.

2. When does this HSE India Club scheme starts?

The scheme has been launched on April 14th (Fire Service Day) and the initial registration remains open till 30th April 2021 and from the month of May the scheme would be applicable for those who have registered.

3. Can I register into HSE India Club at any point of time?

Yes, the registration is open throughout the year. However, the price applicable would change depending upon the market. The intention of HSE India Club is to create awareness of Safety products and get the best the products at the best discounted price to its members.

4. Can the Add on plans be taken without going for the Basic Plan?

The basic plan is a pre-requisite for becoming a member of the HSE India Club.

5. What is the monthly subscription of Rs 300/, what do I get from it? If I pay in Quarterly/Half yearly/Annual for the subscriptions, do I get any additional discount?

For a monthly subscription of Rs 300/, we offer you 08 Cotton masks, 1 bottle Sanitiser (100ml) and very importantly 01 Free online Live Training for the complete family on Safety & Security Issues and other relevant topics by Industry experts. Going ahead, you would also be able to invite your friends & relatives for one live training as our guest. The option for quarterly / Half yearly / annually is only for convenience of making the payment as against your monthly subscription we are offering a wonderful training and associated products fulfilling your monthly requirements.

6. What if I miss the live online training?

The recorded version of the same training would be available in our HSE First mobile app for a period of one month and the members would be able to view it by getting a ticket (Free) from us to view it. Date of live online training would be announced well in advance at the starting of the month.

7. Can I get a bigger extinguisher than the 2 kg offered?

These extinguishers are for house hold purposes, anybody and everybody should be able to use this simple extinguishers, hence it has been kept light so that even a child can lift it. In case of a bigger house, multiple 2 kg extinguishers can be procured and used from different directions to put off the fire effectively rather than using bigger capacity extinguishers in case of any emergency situations

8. Who will be responsible for servicing the extinguisher?

The contents (Mono-Ammonium Phosphate Powder) of the extinguishers are valid for 03 years and the body of the extinguisher is valid for 05 years if installed in ideal conditions (i.e. inside the house). After 03 years, HSE India Club would replace it with a new extinguisher for a nominal amount, if your membership is live.

9. What are the different modes of payment available?

For the convenience of all, the gateway for payment is provided in the HSE First Mobile application. All payments are made digitally making it transparent and as per the norms of the government.

10. I have a bigger family and my requirement of mask is more?

With an additional payment of Rs 300/, extra 08 mask and one bottle sanitiser (100ml) can be made available.

11. What are the additional features of this scheme?

There are multiple additional features waiting for you to discover it once you board this unique innovative HSE India Club, the only one of its kind to serve the safety requirements of the household and also train them in utilising the products. HSE India Club is empowering the household members in mitigating emergency situations.

12. What if I don’t want the monthly subscription?

The initial payment of Rs 499/ comes with the first month subscription and this comes up with lots of offer. Very importantly is the Live training offered to the family on various different aspects by Industry experts. The First training would be on Emergency preparedness and Fire Fighting where we train you about how to use the fire extinguisher effectively. Further training would be on Safety, Security & Health aspects related to house hold and travelling. But by discontinuing the monthly subscription all this benefits would not be available to the members.
